Orders

Call with your order (239)549-3966.  DO NOT e-mail orders and credit information.  Sometimes I may not check e-mail for several weeks.  If you need to save long distance charges let me know and I can call you right back on my dime, not a problem.  Out going orders are shipped usually within 1-2 business days from the time of order.  Sometimes the same day but not guaranteed.

Cut Charge

Add $1.00 per cut for each piece of rope ordered that is not a full spool.

Minimum Order

Individual pieces of rope must be a minimum of 100' in length.

Payment

VISA & Master Card are the only credit companies I accept. COD's must be by money order, Postal money order is preferred.  Have it made out to Baroque Renaissance.

Shipping

Shipping costs are in addition to item cost.  I use UPS and USPS priority as my two shipping sources.  COD's are a minimum $10.00 additional charge.  However it will only be higher if the shipping company charges more.  If you are not in a hurry and want to avoid COD charges you can send a money order in advance.  Faster shipping is possible at your expense. 

Returns

If an item is defective or if I sent the wrong stuff, I will cover the return shipping and send you another one or correct stuff at my expense.  If you ordered the wrong stuff and want to return it, there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping is at your expense.  Returns for any reason must be within 10 business days of the date shipped, not received.
